Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. start any libreoffice program
Current behavior: immediate crash. when started from command line, throws
following error:
terminate called after throwing an instance of
'com::sun::star::uno::DeploymentException'
Expected behavior: normal startup. Tried workarounds in

specifically, moving ~/.config/libreoffice to desktop (rather than deleting it)
and starting failed with same error.
system: Debian testing
