Problem description: On opening a doc-document (MS Office 97, 2000, XP borders
the pictures are missed or have the wrong width.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a document with LO/OO 3.3 or MS Office 2003. Insert a picture. Format
the border to line width for example 3 pts and save.
2. Open the document with LO 3.5 (Windows XP or openSUSE 12.1). Borders of the
picture are not displayed or wrong displayed.
Current behavior: Missing or wrong borders of the picture
Expected behavior: Picture with the right borders
Platform (if different from the browser): Windows XP and openSUSE 12.1
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:10.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0.2
