Comparative screenshot of MS Word 2007 and LO Writer 4.4
Open bug 74397 attachment 93238. A parallelogram in top row is shown as a
triangle (see attached screenshot). This issue appears in 4.4 branch. In
LibreOffice 4.3.1.1 the shape is correct.
