Steps:
1) Open attached file
2) On page 2, look at the images in the header and footer
3) save it as an RTF, close it, and reopen RTF
4) On page 2, look at the images
Tested in 4.4 (2014-08-12) on Windows and 4.3.2 (2014-08-09) on Linux. This is
related to my bug 82034 (overlapping images not retaining their position) and
possibly related to bug 63024.
