Hi Horia,

Please avoid quoting the entire previous message when you reply. The easiest
way to do that is to reply via Bugzilla directly, rather than via email.

Tested on LO 4.3.1.1 + Ubuntu 12.04.

I see a couple of images on the first slide, but the images on later slides are
broken. Did you insert the images as links, or embed them?

I don't think this is related to image size. It's definitely possible to
include many images into a presentation and have it grow to 50MB+.

Here's a quick excerpt of the underlying XML structure of the document. Here's
the first page, showing images:
      <draw:page draw:name="page1" draw:style-name="dp1"
draw:master-page-name="Default"
presentation:presentation-page-layout-name="AL1T1">
          ...
      <draw:image xlink:href="Pictures/10000000000009AE00000D53A6AB6863.png"
xlink:type="simple" xlink:show="embed" xlink:actuate="onLoad">
        <text:p/>
          </draw:image>
          ...
      </draw:page>

And here's an excerpt from the 3rd page:
      <draw:page draw:name="page3" draw:style-name="dp1"
draw:master-page-name="Default">
          ...
      <draw:image xlink:href="">
        <text:p/>
      </draw:image>
          ...
      </draw:page>
