CONFIRMED. That's a bug: We should be using a different default url when we
launch the browser.

I'm not sure I'd expect the button to open a local webpage. The tooltip I get
for the browser button is "Open web browser, copy an [sic] URL, and paste it to
the Target field".

What's in the file 'url_transfer.htm'? It doesn't appear to be present anywhere
in the LibreOffice install.

Status -> NEW as there's at least one bug here. (plus the typo)
