Steps:
1) Open attached file
2) Notice that width of the tables in the 2 pages
3) Save it as an RTF, close it and reopen it
4) You'll notice that tables are the full width of the page
5) You'll notice that most tables will have width of header columns that are
different then the rest of the table columns
Tested in 4.4 (2014-08-12) on Windows and 4.3.2 (2014-08-09) on Linux.
