I upgraded from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS to Ubuntu 14.02 LTS two days ago. The version
of Libreoffice that was downloaded as part of the upgrade was 4.2.4.2 and new
to me.
Since then I have been unable to open .xls files in Librecalc - it always
defaults to libre writer. Even right clicking on the file and choosing 'Open
with LibreCalc' produces the same result.
This is very inconvenient as the pre-upgrade version of Libre office caused no
hassle at all.
Can anyone help?
