In my document, I had already imported SVG graphics while using a version of LibO previous to 3.5, and, when I export them to PDF, they render properly in my PDF viewer. However, when I replaced the SVG graphics I had already imported with different SVG graphics while using LibO 3.5, they export as raster graphics, or at least they appear as such in my PDF viewer since they don't scale properly.
