I just installed LibreOffice 4.3.0.4 over 4.2.4.0. All the icons in my toolbars
are gone replaced by text only. This is so even though Tools > Customize >
Toolbars tab with Toolbar dropdown on right indicates "Icons only". I tried all
options there. When I select "Icons and Text" the text seems to move to the
right a tiny amount but still no icons.
