The '0' appears not only in this bug. It's a problem, which could be found
often in mailinglists, forum and other. Nobody knows where the '0' comes from.
It hasn't been set by the user.

And this is the problem and the bug: Everybody, who had this problem, doesn't
know where it came from.

Why should such a bug-description be invalid?

I will reopen this bug.
