I have renamed the user profile and reinstalled the extensions that i had, one by one, and the problem didn't come up, then switched back to the old profile, and it was present. Then i compared the two profiles and found no differences. Went back to the new profile and check the Autocaption option and was not active. So i returned to my old profile and found that the Autocaption option was active for images, tables and frames. Unchecking this option solve the problem. But I’m quite sure that I never activated those options, because I don't use it that way. Anyway is good to know these features Same happened when updated from 4.2 to 4.3 with some of the indexes options. Thank you all for your help.
