Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start libreoffice as a daemon:
soffice --headless --norestore --minimized --nologo --nodefault --accept="pipe,
name=ood-instance-1;urp;"
Current behavior:
After a few seconds, the processor usage jumps to 100%
Expected behavior:
Low CPU usage for as long as no connection is requested and no document is to
be processed.
