Many users use the 'Export Directly to PDF' option to export pdfs as its easily
accessible in the toolbar, but once the export dialog appears, they have no
option to customize the export option. It would be good if there was a button
in the dialog that could bring up the 'pdf options' dialog to customize the
export.
It would also be good to have quick access to common pdf export settings within
the export dialog from within the file type list, similar to the list below.
Default Setting (settings found in the pdf options dialog)
Minimal Size (keeps the file size small and suitable for use online)
Standard Size (suitable for publishing)
For Archive (PDF/A-1a)
Hybrid PDF (embeds odf)
With Comments (includes comments)
