Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a vertical scrollbar in any text block
2. 2 useless solutions : floating frame or form control "text" box"
3. This 2 options are complexes, useless and buggy for this simple purpose
Current behavior:
Can't create diagrams with texts and vertical scrollbar
Expected behavior:
a diagramming tool should have by default an easy vertical scrollbar in any
text block or paragraph in any shapes
