Steps to Reproduce:
Insert a svg into presentation
Insert a new slide
Go back to previous slide
Observed: SVG loads quite slowly (several seconds)
Expected: Images should load immediately (or nearly that)
Set to:
minor - can slow down professional work but not by much
Low - not a very serious issue, default seems fine
