I did get it touch with your website about a problem with Libre Office Writer. I couldn't understand your login policy: it seemed to require a login/registration; but then seemed to erase my registration every time it was used. I've had a good deal of problem with Libre Office & Ubuntu, and have repeatedly just given up in despair at getting any answers to questions, after trying over & over again. Am I doing something wrong? Am I missing something? Would be glad to hear from any humans out there. Thanks.
