Bug description: it is not possible to build correct external reference with XL
A1 or XL R1C1 formula syntax
Step to reproduce:
1. Create a new spreadsheet
2. Select Tools > Options > LibreOffice Calc > Formula: Formula syntax="Excel
R1C1" or "Excel A1"
3. Start a formula with =
4. Open an existing spreadsheet
5. Select a cell
6. Return to the new spreadsheet
Observed behavior:
Reference is: 'file:///C:/<path to file>/test.xls'#Feuil1!R[4]C[1]
=> result is #NAME?
Expected behavior:
Syntax should be: ['file:///C:/<path to file>/test.xls']Feuil1!R[4]C[1]
and result should be the content of the cell
