Summary: FORMATTING: Exporting PDF from Multi-Sheet document

The workbook referred to for this report
I have a worksheet with 3 sheets
I want to create a PDF document of part of sheet 2
Select that sheet and Calc status line says Sheet 2 / 3
Export PDF and, of course, it doesn't fit the page so try Format/Page
I really want to create a "continuous" output for screen viewing but I select
"A4" as the only real alternative and "Scale to width/height".
"File/Page Preview" now it is reasonable BUT needs to be Landscape so set that
but then I see it is too narrow because it needs to be on 2 pages. OK back to
set 2 pages - now preview looks reasonable.
I can see what I want in the page preview (This says in the status line Page
1/2 - and Page 2 of 2) so I try an "Export to PDF"
This now gives me 9 pages in total - it has output all 3 sheets to the format I
want only for sheet 2 - that is not particularly satisfying.
I have an alternative option in the Export to PDF - it is "Pages" - OK - I can
tell it to export from what it thinks is page 2 because sheet 1 just happens to
take up 1 page and print 2 pages (ie 2&3 which is my 1 & 2 on sheet 2).
I accept that there may be a configuration setting somewhere to have the Export
to PDF only work on the current sheet or even to enable the "Print to PDF"
feature - but I haven't been able to find it!
I really appreciate the immense effort put into LO so please don't take my
comments as being over critical!
