In this case, I'd try the raw method: - uninstall any LO/Apache OpenOffice/old OpenOffice version, related language packs, etc. - remove any left directories concerning these - remove any LO profile from 3.X.X or 4.X.X version (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows) Remark: are there several user profiles on your pc?
