When using the scrollwheel to zoom in and out in Impress and Draw, it also
centers the document which makes it impossible to zoom into/out of a particular
area easily.
Steps:
1) Open Impress
2) Draw a rectangle in the top left corner
3) Attempt to zoom into rectangle with a combination of ctrl+scrollwheel (zoom
in/out), scrollwheel (pan up/down) and shift+scrollwheel (pan left/right)
4) Once you are able to zoom into the rectangle, zoom out ctrl+scrollwheel
Tested in 4.3.2 and master on Linux. It works correctly in 4.2.6.
