Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: EDITING: Crash when sorting range in loaded xls
Severity: normal
Classification: Unclassified
OS: Windows (All)
Reporter: [email protected]
Hardware: Other
Whiteboard: BSA PossibleRegression
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Version: 4.3.1.2 release
Component: Spreadsheet
Product: LibreOffice

sample xls which will steadly crash Calc 4.3.1.2 when lines 11:65 are sorted by
column B, C, D or some others
Problem description:
I've got xls file, produced by accounting software 1S: Enterprise.
When I open it with Calc and sort cells range, Calc always crashes.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached file
2. Select either whole lines 11:65 or just B11:GZ65
3. Data → Sort, Sort key 1 = Column B, Column C or Column D
Current behavior:
Calc will crash with OK
Expected behavior:
Range is sorted.
Actually, I've been able to sort it by editing spreadsheet first. For example,
if range is first sorted by column GZ, you may sort it straight afterwards as
you wish.
Still it's very unreliable and crashes unpredictably.
Saving file as an ODS and re-loading also saves from the crash.
Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.3.1.2 release
Last worked in: 4.1.6.2 release
