This bug was tested LibreOffice v4.4 on Win 7 and Linux. The latest builds of
LO lose the header position.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Open attachment 81835 document in writer v4.4 before 9/3
2. Open attachment 81835 document in writer v4.4 after 9/6
3. Compare the documents.
Note in the screenshot that the header is incorrectly positioned to the far
left of the screen.
