Hello!

Answering is only possible to a comment made by another (or anonymous) author.
Both Google Docs and Microsoft Office allow this. Being able to add answers to
own comments can be helpful, for example in the illustration and recoding of
thought processes, chains of arguments etc.

In LibreOffice, simply editing a comment and adding the new info (optionally
removing the old) is not always helpful. For example, the new time-stamp isn't
added and additions are not visually distinct. Implementing the possibility of
answering own comments would IMHO make the comment system more useful.
