          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 83771
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: Other: New feature in paragraph or character
                    formating: "Dont Count"
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: All
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: Other
        Whiteboard: BSA
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.3.1.2 release
         Component: Writer
           Product: LibreOffice

Problem description:

If I have to write a text for publishing on a certain limited length, I use the
character or word count function. Often I have to make some remarks /
explanations which "dont count", they have meta-level (to the layouter, to the
publisher, to the test-reader...)
It would be very convenient, to have a stile for that, which is "not counted".
(It uses no space at all in the public version) On the word count result it
could have an additional count "including/excluding non-counting
stiles/cars/words" or something like that, in the paragraph or character
formatting popup, there could be an additional switch: counting or not, default
of course "counting". (I would look for it first in the "mangage"-tab)

Operating System: All
Version: 4.3.1.2 release
