Steps:
1) open Writer
2) go into page dialog ( Format > Page )
3) click on area tab
4) select fill as color
5) click on page tab and notice that the color is set in the preview
6) click on area tab
7) select fill as none
8) click on page tab and notice that color is still set
9) click ok button
10) page color gets set
Tested on 4.4 master. This doesnt effect any previous versions as they dont
have an area tab.
