--- Comment #128 from [email protected] --- I think I have found a workaround. Based on the hint, that this happens with old slides, I removed the Configurations2 folder from the odp (1). When opening the file and did not start the recovery process. Since then everything is fine. I did loose some settings like user defined colors, but at least it is working again. (1) For those not familiar with od*: It is a simple zip file you can open with your favorite zip program. Worst case, rename it to zip and back.
