Problem description:
ms excel 2000 於存檔時，在存檔畫面 -> 工具 -> 一般選項 -> 建議唯讀 被打勾的情形下，正常使用ms excel 2000
開啟檔案時，會跳出選擇是否唯讀的選項。
可是，Libreoffice確直接進入唯讀，無法撰擇是否唯讀。使得無法使用Libreoffice編輯。
Steps to reproduce:
1. ms excel 2000 Save > 工具 > 一般選項 > 建議唯讀 打勾
2. 使用ms excel 2000 open file
3. 會跳出視窗，選擇"否"，即可編輯文件
4. 使用Libreoffice open file
5. 直接進入唯讀模式，不可編輯文件
Current behavior:
如果需要編輯，只有使用 ms excel 來編輯。
Expected behavior:
如果有唯讀選項，也可在開啟前或開啟後，用來可以解除，方便編輯文件。
