Steps:
1) Open attached file
2) Notice that there are 4 changes made (3 additions and 1 deletion)
3) Click 'Next Change' 3 times and you will see that it skipped the 3rd change
and jumps to the 4th
Tested on 4.0.6 and 4.2.6 and master. The uno function was introduced in 4.0.
