The attached ODT file has an OLE object (another ODT file) embeded. The preview
icon is showing garbled charactors, while it should show Chinese chars "测试文档".
Steps to reproduce:
1. New Writer;
2. Insert -> Objects -> OLE Objects -> Object Type: Further Objects -> Create
from File -> "Browse" to select any ODT file.
3. Check the "Show as Icon" checkbox, then click the "Change Icon" button, in
Label field input the Chinese chars "测试文档".
4. OK until the end.
--> OLE object is inserted and is showing as icon, but the text below the icon
is showing as garbled/unreadable charactors.

Reproducible in Windows XP SP3 and Windows 8.1.
