It doesn't depend on the type of file (new, old, small, large). It takes 5 seconds to save the file. He is using LO 4.2.6. With Apache OpenOffice he has the same problem. He hasn't had these problems with his old laptop. He is working with Windows 7. Feedback to Günther: Could this maybe be linked to the router settings? Could you please check whether it is caused by the router configuration/connections. I have found a similar old bug where a user had to wait long until a file was open if the network cable was conntected (see bug 74326).
