But you probably should note in it that retaining only the 1033 (en-US) language code, as you suggest, should be modified to match the user's OS local language. Folks with different local language installs will have issues if one of the language codes remaining does not match their system local. Also, the MS SDK provided ORCA is perfectly functional for making the language code changes to the Summary of the LibreOffice .msi installer so that it can be used with a GPO deployment.
