Testing with file http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_ga-z87%28h87%29m-hd3_e.pdf Opening the file in Draw confirms the bug. Pages 7-11 (among others) all show these out-of-place grids of icons. Testing the same file in Evince 3.10.3 shows no out-of-place grids of icons.
