Testing with file

Opening the file in Draw confirms the bug. Pages 7-11 (among others) all show
these out-of-place grids of icons.
Testing the same file in Evince 3.10.3 shows no out-of-place grids of icons.

No grids of icons are shown when I open this PDF in LibreOffice:

Igor: If you find more PDFs that demonstrate very similar problems, especially
PDFs from different sources, please attach/link to them from this bug report.
