Agreed -- double-clicking is not intuitive, especially when we have contorted
text that doesn't appear like other, editable text objects.

Do we document how to edit Fontwork objects (w/a double-click)?  If not, please
file a bug against the Documentation component to add that.

I feel like adding just a single entry for Fontwork to the drop-down would be
fine, as I personally don't like things getting too cluttered, but feel free to
craft your proposal however you like!
