Problem description:
Using 4.3.1.2 (which is 4.3.1 final) on Windows XP. "Check for updates" option
in "Help" is not working. It says "LibreOffice 4.3 is up to date". Which is
wrong, because we have 4.3.2 final now.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install 4.3.1 final
2. Open any of the components (Writer, Calc, etc).
3. Try "Help" -> "Check for updates..."
Current behavior:
The result is "LibreOffice is up to date".
Expected behavior:
It should inform for newer version available.
Operating System: Windows XP
