Or it should be. When we tweak the parameters of this (or other) documents in LibreOffice, my guess is that we're not able to completely capture all of those modifications *exactly* and store them into the ODF file format. Maybe there are some floating point numbers rounded off or etc. When the the file is reopened on the same machine with the same exact copy of LibreOffice, we don't have the same set of inputs to the function, and so our output is different.
