In an X-Y chart:
On starting the Format Axis dialog, the Major Interval (non-automatic) is set
to an integer (30.4375, the Major Interval I use to approximate months, is
reset to 30)
This may be a dup of Bug 79028, which seems to be the same problem: Major
Interval set to 1 day when a smaller value is desired.
