When my laptop battery goes flat and the system shuts down if a writer doc is
open then all its contents are lost. File recovery fails and the file
registers as 0 bytes. I've tried file recovery software and although this has
retrieved older oo files not the one I've lost. Using mint 12 ext4. Calc
files are recovered.
