Thanks for the advice, firstly. What I did: - I've resetted the user profile followed the instruction of 'wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile' - the failure disappeared until I copied the folder 'uno_packages' to the new profile; - LO works properly with the new uno_packages and with all others older folders. (I'm not a specialist of internal thinks of LO to follow up further evaluation of error) If do you need further info, please reply.
