Not sure if you understand that presently there isnt a context menu for the
empty space in the toolbar, so there isnt any more stuff being added to the
menu. :)

I think that if your suggestion could also be achieved, it would be great, but
doesnt solve the underlying problem of having to go into the Tools > Options
dialog, which most users do not do. Also recently someone from QA or design was
wondering why isnt the theme in Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Appearance as
he kept having difficulties finding it.
