             Bug #: 46829
Summary: VIEWING: Borders do not show when working on document.
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: LibO 3.5.0 Release
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
 Status Whiteboard: BSA
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]

Problem description: The border that has always been visible when working on a
document is not present in newest version. I can find no place to turn the
border on or off in the options sections

Steps to reproduce:
1. ....Open new document and the border does not show in the work space except
for the little corner markers that are useless when trying to add images or
boxes in the document.
2. ....No way to elect to have the borders on or off in the options menu.
3. ....

Current behavior: No border at all. I have seen one suggestion about turning
on background color and selecting do not print. I don't see why anyone would
have taken the borders away. They were there as a guide to placement and did
not print. What was the problem with leaving them there.

Expected behavior: Needs to be re-established as a standard feature of
Libreoffice.

Platform (if different from the browser):

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/535.11 (KHTML, like Gecko)
Chrome/17.0.963.56 Safari/535.11
