             Bug #: 46831
Summary: : soffice.bin continues to consume CPU resource ~20%
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: LibO 3.5.1 RC1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
 Status Whiteboard: BSA
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]

Problem description:

When I open a .odt file in swriter on my netbook lenovo S10-2, the CPU usage of
soffice.bin remains to be around 20% and sometimes reaches to 30%, although the
document isn't being edited and just opened. When I closes the document, the
CPU usage is down to 0%. Also when I opens the same file some times, suddenly
it goes to 0%. I don't know exactly what causes this problem. It might be
problem of this computer, not soffice.bin. It can be too old to use
Libreoffice.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any .odt file, which has ~10 pages or so.
2. Check CPU usage from task manager.
3. ...

Current behavior: CPU usage remains to be at ~20%.

Expected behavior: It should be 0% or so.

Platform (if different from the browser):

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0) AppleWebKit/535.24 (KHTML, like Gecko)
Chrome/19.0.1057.0 Safari/535.24
