STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1- load attachment 51876 in LibO Draw
2- shift+left-click on more than 3 images
3- click menu "Modify/Distribution"
4- Distribution dialog pops-up
see show the icons look distorted and compare with their normal look in LibO
4.3.2.2 in the attached screenshot.
