The document whose heading numbering is buggy
Background information
----------------------
My document has the following settings:
Heading 1: Outline level 1, numbering style 1
Heading 2: Outline level 2, numbering style 1
Heading 3: Outline level 3, numbering style 1
All of the three headings have "Include this paragraph in line numbering"
selected and "Restart at this paragraph" unselected. Changing the "Restart at
this paragraph" setting to enabled doesn't have any changes.
Numbering style 1 has the following settings:
Numbering style 1. 2. 3.
Position align and indent at 0 cm for levels 1-3
Options: Show sublevels 1 for level 1, show sublevel 2 for level 2 and show
sublevel 3 for level 3.
None of the headings in my document have restart numbering selected from the
right-click menu.
Expected result

The document I have attached should render as follows:

Some text.
1.2. H1-2
Some text.
1.3. H1-3
Some text.
1.4. H1-4
Some text.
1.5. H1-5

There's also the possibility that I have done something wrong, but this raises
the question of whether the UX is intuitive enough for normal users.
