Is that even correct to not have Sidebar active with Draw on launch? Anyhow, Draw does crash if the SB is activated and an existing .ODG is opened. Then get stuck in a recovery/crash cycle on launch. To recover use of Draw have to delete user profile and allow it to rebuild to default. =-=-= WinDbg is not functioning well, so limited to ProcessExplorer--get this stack trace for soffice.bin at the crash...
