What is the problem? The minimum size of the LibreOffice window has not to be
defined by Redmond. 
Please could you explain:
- what would be useful for the user if the minimum size of the window was
different
- in which use-case do you need to resize the LibreOffice window to a smaller
size
- what is the use-case of a window resized to the minimum size allowed by
MS-Office

Currently, each time I see somebody using MS-Office she is working with a
maximized window, even if the zoom factor is set only to 100%.

Set status to NEEDINFO. Please set it back to UNCONFIRMED once you have
provided requested informations. Thank you for your understanding.
