File->Versions, "Save New Version"
"Insert Version Comment" window, the "Saved By" field data appears in the
"Comments" column after saving. The "Saved by" column remains blank.
I would expect the "Saved by" column to show my username, and the "Insert
Version Comment" window should prompt me for a comment, not "Saved By".
