The issue is with your formula: 'Pattern Shop Sales Orders'.F6: =VLOOKUP($G7;$'Pattern Shop Raw Data Sheet'.$B$2:$S$1048576;4) your are looking for $G7, no value in this cell. you haven't added the fourth parameter for VLOOKUP, with 0 search for the exact value and it isn't mandatory the data sorted.
