Problem description:
Can not open Word document
Steps to reproduce:
1. MS Word open this file correctly.
2. LibreOffice opens that file as a binary file.
Current behavior:
LibreOffice opens that file as a binary file.
Expected behavior:
this file is a regular Word document.
Explain what is attached:
document that can not be opened.
