When working on documents whose length is greater than the vertical space of
the Writer application's window, adding new text to the bottom of the document
forces the user to focus visually on the bottom of the window. This is not
always optimal.
It would be useful if documents (or more accurately, the document-containing
window) could be scrolled beyond the current last line, so that additional work
could take place in the middle of the window (or elsewhere).
